First and foremost I would like to say that I have taken the CPO class two other times in my career from different companies and both of those were a joke compared to this class. Lisa the owner / instructor is very thorough and a professional at what she does and takes pride in what she does and it shows. She does not treat the course like a joke she takes it very seriously and wants everybody to have the full and complete knowledge of being a full certified pool operator. Even with me having 18 years of experience in this industry this class still challenged me which was amazing. We have had a pool for over 12 years and tried to take care of it myself. Since having Blue Water Pool Service take care of my pool, it has never looked better. We opted for the additional added maintenance and our pool is now truely “maintenance free”...for me at least. We were having major problems with leaves, seeds, and other debris from my neighbors trees and Blue Water went above and beyond taking care of those issues. The service I received from Blue Water Pool Service was exceptional and very reasonably priced. I was new to the Las Vegas area and when I starting calling pool services for a full cleaning service I was told by several services it would be 2-3 weeks because they had to fit me into their weekly schedule however Blue Water Pool Service was able to come out next day and provide me with all the services (filter cleaning, salt cell inspection, water chemical check, pool drain & refill) I needed. I would highly recommend Blue Water Pool Services.

We are new to LV and rented a house with a pool. the previous service struck me as questionable so I called Blue Water for a service to establish a new baseline condition. They discovered the previous pool service had been ripping off the homeowner for at least a year ! I had them do a filter service and even after the other guys they got tons of stuff out of the filter. then they did an acid scrub so we are starting fresh. they will be my pool service from now on. professional, knowledgeable, very good work

I called yesturday 5/26/2017at 8:45pm!!! They answered and they came out to check my pool at 10am next morning 5/27/2017. From my experience I can say they are very honest and me being an idiot I was thinking to acid wash my pool but it's fiberglass and you don't acid wash fiberglass pools so yea I want to apologize COZ they have to come out for nothing. Oh if you haven't noticed dates it's a memorial day weekend and good luck having someone come to you on such a short notice. This guys did THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Have a grate weekend.
